Project support and feedback
Email fhrscout@terrytan.dev for hotel data corrections, reproducible software bugs, accessibility problems, source-quality concerns, privacy questions, or general project feedback. You can also open a public issue in the GitHub issue tracker when the report contains no private information. Include the page URL, hotel name or code when relevant, the result you expected, the result you observed, and enough steps to reproduce the problem.
Security and sensitive reports
Do not post credentials, card details, reservation records, private API responses, or personal travel information in a public issue. Send potentially sensitive security reports by email with a concise description and a safe reproduction. FHR Scout does not need an American Express login, Hilton login, card number, booking confirmation, or session token to investigate a defect. Attach only the minimum evidence required to explain the issue and redact unrelated personal information.
Booking questions
FHR Scout cannot modify reservations, confirm card eligibility, guarantee benefits, or resolve hotel charges because it does not sell travel or access booking accounts. For live availability, final pricing, cancellations, credits, and benefit fulfillment, contact the official booking provider or hotel shown on your reservation. Project messages are reviewed as time permits; clear, scoped reports with public evidence are the fastest to investigate.
