Public data only
FHR Scout refreshes a local cache from unauthenticated public hotel and rate endpoints. It does not use accounts, private keys, paid APIs, or pro-only date searches.
Dates and calendars
Date filters load missing public daily rows when the current hotel search is narrowed to 120 results or fewer. Broader searches use pre-cached rows; opening one hotel always loads its public calendar on demand. Holiday filtering uses United States public holiday dates only.
Pricing limits
Use the price toggle to compare room-only rates with available tax-and-fee-inclusive totals. Estimates use the latest recorded Amex first-room tax and fee details and must be verified before booking.
